As of mid-July, Winchester Woods is substantially complete. Some limited ditching and culvert work is expected on Young Drive, as well as Oakview, west of Birchcrest. Once this is complete, the final asphalt work on Young will be complete. A final punch-list will also be created to address any remaining issues, including final restoration.

 

Winchester Village water main work is complete. Sidewalks, driveways, curb and road base installation is also complete. Ace is expected to install remaining asphalt base coats as the end of July. Landscape restoration of the right of ways will continue in July and August, with final tree installation expected when the weather cools in September. The top coat of asphalt will be added once restoration is substantially complete. Any remaining punch list items, such as replacement sidewalk, value box lowering, or damage repairs, will occur during this time.
